We offer standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery takes between 3-7 business days.

Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?

We want you to love your routine. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our website.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Absolutely. Nécessaire is a Leaping Bunny certified brand. We do not test on animals, and our entire product line is formulated without animal-derived ingredients.
